It’s officially Summer in Ottawa! But if you’re driving anywhere in this city, you know your biggest delay will probably be caused by construction. Last month, we saw extensive lane closures on Highway 417 ahead of Pinecrest. It caused several delays, unexpected traffic jams, and problems for multiple wards. Should the municipality be doing more to communicate and coordinate road closures to minimize disruptions? College Ward councillor Laine Johnson joins guest host Chris Holski in Hour 2.
