Family and community members gathered Wednesday to mourn Michel Moshe Mizrahi, the 68-year-old bystander killed in a shooting in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges district. The shooting occurred at a hotel Monday and left three people dead.
The residence has been deemed uninhabitable for a prime minister for years, with Prime Minister Mark Carney currently residing in Rideau Cottage.
