2 teen boys charged in Mooney's Bay stabbings

Ottawa police have charged two teen boys in relation to a violent incident at Mooney’s Bay Park late last month. The suspects, ages 15 and 16, are facing a combined eight charges including assault with a weapon.

On Tuesday, the majority of 1,500 visitors stranded in the park because of washed out roads were able to get out with most of Highway 40 reopening.
