3rd person charged with murder in Clarence-Rockland man's disappearance, death

Ontario Provincial Police say they've arrested and charged a third person in the disappearance and death of Robert Prevost east of Ottawa last year.

In May, Brandy Cooney and Becky Hamber of Burlington, Ont., were found guilty of murdering a boy in their care, and assaulting and confining his younger brother. Today, they'll be sentenced in Milton, and it's possible the court will hear victim impact statements.
