Canada has earned its first-ever spot in the World Cup knockout round, but the co-host nation won't be playing on home soil. The Canadians fell 2-1 to Switzerland in Vancouver on Wednesday to finish second in Group B and will face South Africa in Los Angeles on Sunday.
