Plane makes emergency landing on Manitoba highway: RCMP

A small plane in distress crashed into a ditch on Highway 45 while trying to land on a Manitoba highway on Thursday night, the RCMP said.

The program, earlier called the Canada Greener Homes Grant program, was first launched by the federal government in 2021, but lapsed in 2024.
