Canada’s McIntosh breaks 200m butterfly record

Swimming sensation Summer McIntosh broke the longest-standing individual women’s world record at the Canadian trials, finishing the 200-metre butterfly in two minutes 1.65 seconds. The 19-year-old from Toronto now owns four long-course world records. (July 6, 2026)
