Quebec students left in limbo as government portal crashes on exam results day

Quebec high school students and their parents have been left scrambling after the government portal meant to display final ministry exam results crashed on Tuesday morning.

Police in Hamilton, Ont., say they arrested a youth in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation after finding a telltale fast-food restaurant receipt in the car.
