Early childhood educators need regulatory body for accountability, say N.L. child care-centre operators

The chair of a group representing the owners of more than 100 child care centres in Newfoundland and Labrador says she believes early childhood educators (ECEs) are not being held to account in the same way as their employers.
The workers include more than 1,000 paramedics who work for Urgences-santé, the public ambulance service serving Montreal and Laval.
