Appeal of Ontario judge's decision preventing removal of encampment residents cites 'multiple errors'

The Region of Waterloo has issued a notice of appeal of an Ontario judge's May decision that prevented the removal of people living in a Kitchener encampment. The court made "multiple errors and mixed fact and law," the notice filed this month says.
