Driver struck, killed on Highway 401 after leaving vehicle post-crash

Ontario Provincial Police say a woman hit the centre median of Highway 401 in Kingston on Wednesday evening, left her vehicle and was struck and killed by a passing vehicle.
Const. Andrew Gamble said the incident occurred on July 24 around 5:30 p.m. near Norfolk County Road 45 and Norfolk County Road 28 in the Frogmore area.
