Train derailment sends 11 freight cars into wetland in southwest Calgary

Multiple train cars were plunged into a body of water after a train derailed in southwest Calgary on Monday morning. Emergency crews said the train was travelling along the Canadian Pacific Kansas Line when it derailed near Sheriff King Street S.W. at 7:45 a.m.
Take deep breaths to enjoy the relatively clear air Friday because forecasters expect smoke from northern Ontario wildfires to drift back in to the capital region through the day. Read More
