After weeks of waiting and hoping, Ottawa residents finally heard from the Ford government today as to which areas were eligible for provincial relief from the Canada Day floods. Canada's secretary of state for finance is in Saskatchewan this week for pre-budget consultations to get a feel on what the province is looking at for this coming fiscal year.
