Emergency Room visits related to e-scooters have jumped 50 percent in just one year at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. CTV Ottawa has obtained the latest figures concerning e-scooter and e-bike collisions that were admitted to CHEO for treatment. And now, authorities are urging caution after a scooter rider died Sunday night following a collision with a vehicle near Carling and Fairlawn.
