The substitute teacher who has been dubbed a "predator" after he sexually touched students in Prince Edward Island classrooms and exploited his own relationship with another child to create child sex abuse material has been sentenced to seven and a half years in federal prison.

One out of every 10 emergency physicians in Canada have left their specialty, while the vast majority of others are reducing their hours or taking time off to manage burnout.
