‘Heavy rainfall’ begins in Toronto with severe thunderstorm warning in place

Conservation authorities aren't expecting much flooding risk from a rainy few days in eastern Ontario. There's a minor weather statement for most of that region and a severe thunderstorm watch in western Quebec.
