2 Ottawa police officers accused of gender-based misconduct have quietly left force

Two Ottawa police officers quietly left the service this month after one of them was accused of sexual misconduct and the other was criminally charged for alleged intimate partner violence, CBC News has learned.
Ottawa received more than 21,000 emails on proposed changes to major project reviews, including plans to approve some projects before assessments.

Canada admitted 20 per cent fewer permanent residents in the first three months of this year, with study permits and asylum claims also falling.
