Alberta's proposal for a new pipeline through southern B.C. has been billed as a duplication of the 2024 Trans Mountain expansion, but a deviation to another terminal in the Fraser Valley is unearthing familiar challenges including seismic and environmental concerns and possible objections by First Nations.
