Ottawa police flag spate of sexual assaults, including some committed by strangers

In a news release Thursday , the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) said the circumstances of the incidents are concerning, "particularly those involving victims who reported being approached by someone they did not know."

WestJet has reached an agreement with the union representing more than 4,000 flight attendants and cabin crew to end a strike that disrupted flights over the long weekend. The deal ends a work stoppage that had threatened to derail summer travel for thousands of travellers.
