A woman who underwent mediation with the Ottawa Police Service in 2023 after having difficulty trying to report an historical sexual assault says the process left her feeling broken down and blamed, then placated and cast aside. Now police are engaging with her again, and she wonders if she can trust it.
The flash-flooding damage to west Ottawa's future Moodie light rail station last month was shocking, according to College ward Coun. Laine Johnson.
