Legal questions pile up, one month after devastating Canada Day storm

It's been just over a month since thousands of people experienced extreme flooding during the Canada Day storm, and many are still cleaning out basements and putting questions to lawyers in the hopes of getting financial help.
Further details have yet to be confirmed by RCMP, but festival organizers state there have been injuries.
