Health Canada says the Public Health Agency of Canada is not currently investigating any salmonella infections tied to a jalapeno-linked outbreak in the United States, where at least 345 people across 27 states have gotten sick.
Vance, speaking at a political event in Maine, claimed talks were still ongoing despite Prime Minister Mark Carney pulling Canada out of the negotiations late last week.
