Bedford, N.S., emergency alert involves man believed to have been involved in shooting, police say

The subject of an emergency alert over a dangerous man with a firearm in Bedford, N.S., is believed to be involved in an earlier shooting in Annapolis Royal, say police. The alert was expanded to include all of Halifax Regional Municipality on Saturday afternoon.
