Owner of stolen custom-made bike speaks out

An Ottawa man with cerebral palsy whose custom-built bike was stolen from his Alta Vista home wants it back. He shared his story with CBC's Matthew Kupfer. UPDATE AUG 7: Based on information from Ottawa police, a previous version of this story said the man who had his bike stolen was elderly and had Parkinson's disease. Police have since corrected that information, now saying he's in his 50s and has cerebral palsy.
A public hearing was held Monday on a rezoning application for the site near Argyll Road and 75th Street. Currently, the building is used as a thrift store and a warehouse.
