Hour 1 of Ottawa Now for Fri. July 10th, 2026

July 10, 2026

Meantime, Canadians who bought beef after 2015 could soon get a share of a nearly $8 million proposed price-fixing settlement with JBS and National Beef. Joining us with the details is Mike von Massow, a food economist at the University of Guelph. But first, we bring you up to speed on today’s top headlines.
