An outbreak of tuberculosis that has been spreading among people experiencing homelessness in Edmonton’s downtown core for nearly a year has left two more people fighting the disease.
Winnipeg police said the child entered the Red River first and started to drown, prompting their father to follow her. A bystander saved both.
