Flights at Wabush airport in Labrador grounded due to lack of firefighting equipment, airline says

The provincial and federal governments are spending $1 billion to help Ontario municipalities that don't levy development charges build and renew critical infrastructure. The new funding stream was rolled out Sunday at the Association of Municipalities of Ontario conference in Ottawa.
