Albertans to vote on judicial appointments as premier argues ‘distinct legal traditions’

Albertans will be tasked with juggling many ideas in this October’s referendum. Some they may have not had front-of-mind, including who should appoint the judges who sit on the province’s higher courts, the Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
