The iconic Carp Road Flea Market – based in Stittsville – is a something of an institution in Canada’s Capital. You can find an assortment of treasures there. However, the good times won’t be rolling once the Fall season wraps up, as it is set for a permanent closure after 50 years in service. We check in with Dave Cesario in Hour 1. He is the co-owner of TND Video Games, who have operated at the flea market for quite some time. Meantime, another afternoon thunderstorm has sparked flooding concerns yet again, as residents report their second round of basement flooding.
