Shelter lowers pet adoption fees as capacity issues push rescues to find solutions

Mississauga's animal services shelter is holding an adoption event, with the fee for adopting lowered to just $25 for dogs and cats, plus applicable taxes and licence fees.

The City of Kingston and its police force are reminding residents that it has not opted into Ontario's e-scooter pilot project, so the scooters are not allowed on city roads, sidewalks, trails or other public spaces.
