The mother of the four-year-old girl who died in Long Plain First Nation Sunday spoke with Global News from the hospital, where two of her daughters remain.

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Mark Carney has appointed high-profile executive and former diplomat Dominic Barton to lead the federal agency charged with promoting foreign investment in Canada.
