Ottawa Now - 'Flood jail' places Crystal Beach resident in a very difficult spot

July 10, 2026

However, no official timeline to unveil that program has been announced, and that level of reassurance isn’t calming enough for Crystal Beach resident Jennifer Johnston, who currently doesn’t have insurance. She joins Kristy Cameron on Ottawa Now.
