As e-scooters become increasingly common across Canada, pediatricians warn parents and children that e-scooter injuries are often severe and can be deadly.
A teenaged boy riding an e-scooter sustained non-life-threatening injuries when he was struck by a vehicle in the ByWard Market on Thursday, Ottawa paramedics say.
