Bagpiper assaulted, injured in downtown Ottawa

Ottawa police have arrested a 25-year-old man after a busker playing bagpipes near the Fairmont Château Laurier was attacked with an edged weapon on Saturday afternoon. The assault came "without provocation," police said.
