Threat of new U.S. tariffs has municipalities bracing for impact

Unless officials can reach a deal with U.S. lawmakers, new U.S. tariffs against Canada are scheduled to go into effect at midnight on Aug. 19, affecting a wide range of goods from dairy products to hockey equipment. The CBC’s David Fraser reports.
