Big auntie earring competitions have taken Treaty Days celebrations by storm on many First Nations across the Prairies as a tongue-in-cheek ode to Indigenous-made earrings.
My brother told me I had great legs. What incenses me more than the fact he said it, is the fact that I thought it was appropriate commentary, a fair evaluation of my physical attributes.
