Quebec couple sues Ontario surrogacy agency after stillbirth, alleges improper expenses

A Montreal couple is suing an Ontario surrogacy agency for nearly $200,000 after a stillbirth and what they allege were improperly reimbursed expenses, claims the company denies.
The CAO for Port Hawkesbury, N.S., says the damage from a torrential downpour that saw more than 200 millimetres of rain dumped on parts of Cape Breton is unlike anything he's seen before.
