A frightening scene has unfolded on Canada’s busiest highway. A transport truck driving Eastbound, without warning, crossed a grassy median and struck a car driving in the opposite direction. The driver of that vehicle did not survive. CTV’s Dylan Dyson joins us to talk about what happened on the 401 between the Thousand Islands and Gananoque.
