N.L. man accused of killing 6-year-old boy in impaired driving crash was fugitive, involved in crash 2 days earlier

The man accused of killing a six-year-old boy while driving impaired in St. John’s last month was involved in a separate crash two days earlier, CBC News has learned. While he was wanted on an outstanding warrant, police did not make an arrest at the scene.
