Churchill River power agreement 'absolutely not' like '69, says N.L. Hydro CEO

Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro CEO Jennifer Williams says early increases to Churchill Falls electricity prices, more power for Labrador and less risk in approach to export sales, are all features of the new agreement on Churchill River power.
Three Ontario byelections delivered status quo results on Thursday night, with the Progressive Conservatives holding two ridings and the NDP retaining the third.
