A group of tenants in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside is demonstrating how communities can come together to keep each other safe during extreme heat events.
Fort Good Hope, N.W.T., resident Chloe Dixon was diagnosed with a soft-tissue sarcoma in the summer of last year. While treatment for cancers like hers can impact a person's fertility, a relatively new procedure in Canada is giving Chloe the choice of having children in the future.
