Prime Minister Mark Carney says U.S. President Donald Trump's administration has taken the position in trade talks that Canadian industries must become U.S. subsidiaries or be 'wiped out.'
Ontario Premier Doug Ford is shuffling his cabinet Thursday, with at least a few people set to move around as he has three posts to fill.
