During an education-related announcement on the campaign trail, Coalition Avenir Québec Leader Christine Fréchette said she didn't really believe Quebec's education system was three-tiered. Her comments were made on the heels of a public health report highlighting how the organization of this very system exacerbates health inequalities in young people in Montreal.
