Port of Churchill, railway improvements would cost fraction of LNG project proposed by Manitoba premier

As Premier Wab Kinew pitches investors on a Port of Churchill expansion that could cost as much as $80 billion, the company that owns the port says it only needs a small fraction of that cash — less than $3 billion — to improve the port and the railway that connects it to the rest of Canada.
