Rideau-Jock councillor David Brown says Ottawa’s rural residents aren’t being adequately served by OC Transpo. And now, he is hatching an idea that will hopefully bridge that gap. He is proposing a form of ‘privatized transit’, explained further in an online post he made last weekend.
