Last week, Ottawa Bylaw Services seized over $69,000 worth of contraband vapes, which were snagged away from ‘several’ local businesses. Vapes fall under several laws, such as the federal Tobacco and Vaping Products Act and the provincial Smoke-Free Ontario Act. These retailers are also governed by city bylaws.
