Beginning on Monday, March 30, Woodroffe Avenue, between Richmond Road and Deschênes Street, will be fully closed to vehicular traffic. It is planned to reopen this fall. This closure will allow for upgrading and relocating multiple utilities, traffic signals, streetlighting and permanent roadwork, as part of the Revitalizing Richmond Road Project.
