As part of Ottawa’s celebration of Mois de la Francophonie, a new commemorative plaque was installed at 325 Dalhousie Street, honouring the rich francophone history of the ByWard Market and Lowertown. A lobbyist and former aide to Ontario Premier Doug Ford broke the law by failing to disclose his efforts to get clients’ lands removed from the protected Greenbelt and approaching government officials with whom he was friends, the province’s integrity watchdog says in a new report.Integrity Commissioner J.
