That’s according to a new study from IBM Canada. However, this price tag has gone down compared to last year’s stats, as Canadian organizations were paying an average of $6.94 million in 2023. That’s almost a decrease of 9 percent.

On Monday, it was announced that OC Transpo would be reducing its midday O-Train service, effective this Fall. Just before Labour Day, Line 1 would be running every 10 minutes on weekdays between 9am and 3pm. Peak periods, of course, remain the typical 5-minute target.
