Ontario needs holistic approach to drug treatment amid consumption site closures, doctor says

The Ontario government announced measures this week that will force 10 safe consumption sites across the province to close. Advocates say the move puts lives at stake, arguing for an approach that includes harm reduction and addictions treatment.
